Melissa Langdale is the Founder and CEO of Praxis Lending Solutions, an executive consulting firm helping mortgage lenders navigate transformation with clarity, confidence, and measurable impact. Through workflow redesign, operating model redesign, technology stack analysis, and AI readiness strategies, Melissa partners with lenders to reduce the cost of origination and build more elastic, scalable operations that can withstand market volatility.

Over the course of her 20+ year career, Melissa has held leadership roles across nearly every corner of the mortgage industry - from capital markets to compliance, from fintech startups to community banks. She has built platforms from the ground up, led P&L strategy for regional and national lenders, and in her most recent prior role, she served as President and COO of The Mortgage Collaborative, where she launched the network's first Advocacy Committee and built innovation showcases like SparkLab and the Solutions Sprint. Her career has been marked by operational excellence, strategic foresight, and a relentless commitment to moving the industry forward.

Melissa is the host and creator of Future Proof, a bi-weekly web series and podcast focused on mortgage industry innovation, AI adoption, emerging technology, and the operational and sales shifts reshaping how lenders compete. She is a sought-after national speaker on AI, transformation, and the future of lending, and a FHFA Tech Sprint winner. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Clemson University. She lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband and twin boys, and enjoys golfing and exploring the outdoors with her family whenever possible.
